Nun candidate Sosi Terziyan has taken the name Sister (Kuyr) Hripsime following a consecration ceremony. With Sister Terziyan, the number of nuns within the Armenian Patriarchate of Turkey has risen to two.

The Court of Cassation stage has been concluded in the "Priests’ Houses" (Papazevleri) lawsuit between the Kumkapı Meryemana Patriarchal Church Foundation and businessman Norayr İşler. The 3rd Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation ruled in favor of İşler, upholding the decisions rendered by the local court and the Court of Appeals.

Archbishop Aram Ateşyan, General Vicar of Armenian Patriarch in Turkey, sent a letter to President Erdoğan about the Armenian Genocide resolution of Bundestag.
