We now have two nuns: Kuyr Hripsime

On Wednesday, January 28, the Badarak  held at the Kuzguncuk Surp Krikor Lusavoriç Church was presided over by the Armenian Patriarch of Turkey, Sahak Maşalyan.

The service was conducted by Father Teotik Çetinkaya, and hymns were performed by the cantors under the direction of Archdeacon Ohannes Batar.

The service, which drew significant interest from the public, was also attended by Father Kaspar Garabedyan and Father Natan Arabyan.

During the service, the title of nunhood was consecrated upon Sosi Terziyan by Patriarch Maşalyan; thus, Sosi Terziyan took the name Sister Hripsime.

Following the consecration, Patriarch Maşalyan delivered a sermon.

Previously, Kayane Dulkadiryan was the sole member of the Kalfayan Sisters' Union. With the addition of Sister Hripsime, the number of nuns has now increased to two.
