AGOS Newspaper Membership Agreement
Below “provisions for site use” should be carefully read before benefiting from site.
Entry into Agos.com.tr site shall be deemed that these provisions are carefully read and agreed textually and that it is acknowledged that acts contrary to these shall cause binding legal and penal obligations just for the user. If an user does not agree with these provisions, then he/she shall not be entitled to enter into the site and to use the site.

1. Approval of agreement.

If you intend to be a member of Agos.com.tr, it is necessary that you first fill-in the registration form and agree and undertake that you will comply with terms of Agos.com.tr membership agreement. Click on (I agree) or (I don’t agree) button, which are placed below membership form, according to your decision.

2. Description of services

Agos.com.tr provides different services in internet medium (membership, access to specially prepared files, etc.) to its members who have accepted the agreement.
Subscription contains benefiting from Agos.com.tr’s defined services during purchased period of time.

3. Agos.co.tr membership system and confidentiality principle.

Agos.com.tr member shall have an ”user name” and a “password” to be determined by himself/herself. “User name” has exclusivity and same “user name” will not be given to two different members. “Password” will only be known by the user. User may change his/her password, whenever he/she wishes. (At first stage of membership, password shall automatically be sent to member’s e-mail address). Selection and protection of password shall entirely be under user’s responsibility. Agos.com.tr shall not be responsible for problems to arise due to use of password. Membership information and personal information shall not be disclosed to other members before prior consent of the member is obtained.It is necessary that user enters his/her user name and password in order to be connected to services which require Agos.com.tr membership. This process is defined as membership entry.

4. Liabilities of the member

Member agrees and undertakes that; during benefiting from Agos.com.tr services, the information given on registration form are true and correct and when these information are needed (such as forgetting the password), he/she will be responsible for the loss to occur due to the fact that such information are incorrect or deficient, and that membership may be terminated in such cases,

that, copyrights of services and software provided by Agos.com.tr belong to Agos.com.tr, and he/she, without permission, will not in any way reproduce, distribute, publish or market these services or software,

that, while using Agos.com.tr services, responsibility for personal ideas, thoughts, representations and files added to Agos.com.tr medium, which are set forth by him/her, belongs to him/her and Agos.com.tr in any way shall not be responsible for these files and short messages (SMS) sent to cell phone,

that, during using Agos.com.tr, Agos.com.tr shall not be responsible for information, messages and files, which would be lost, and/or received as missing, and transmitted to wrong address,

that, he/she will not have access to services provided by Agos.com.tr in a different manner other than as determined by Agos.com.tr and with no authority, and will not change characteristics of software and services, and that he/she will indemnify all material and moral losses which Agos.com.tr may suffer in case he/she fails to comply with mentioned articles,

that, Agos.com.tr shall not be responsible for losses which may occur due to cases where member’s data are viewed by unauthorized persons, without any negligence of Agos.com.tr, (cases such as; member shares his/her information with other persons, does not make an exit while leaving the site, etc.),

that, any record or instrument obtained by means of usage of Agos.com.tr, are obtained fully by member’s own initiative and intention, he/she will be responsible for defects which these may create on user’s computer, and for information and other loss, and that he/she will not claim any indemnification from Agos.com.tr for possible losses he/she may suffer because of usage of the service,

that, in case he/she acts contrary to rules, Agos.com.tr shall be entitled to take action for necessary intervention, and to take action to take the member out of the service and to terminate the membership,

that, Agos.com.tr may use its system for commercial means,

that, member shall personally be responsible for all kinds of operations he/she will carry out through “user name”,

that, even if he/she have his/her membership cancelled unilaterally, he/she will still be responsible for activities which he/she has realized before this cancellation process during his/her membership,

that, he/she has read all these articles in a manner that later there will be no reason for any objection.

5. Authorizations given to Agos.com.tr

       Agos.com.tr may any time suspend the system temporarily for a certain period of time or stop it  
       totally. Agos.com.tr shall not have any responsibility against its members or third parties (third
       persons) as related to suspension of system temporarily for a certain period of time or its total
       cease. Agos.com.tr does not guarantee that its services, always and under any condition, shall be  
       provided on time, as reliable and error free, and that results achieved through utilization of  
service shall always be correct and reliable, and that service quality shall always meet everybody’s expectations.
Agos.com.tr reserves the right to block any time all kinds of communications, broadcasts and transmissions of information which are realized through its own site and which might be harmful, and to forbid member access to services and to terminate member’s membership.
Agos.com.tr has the right to share information belonging to its members with official authorities if one or all of below indicated conditions are realized:

If a notice of crime or an official legal action demand is received from official authorities as related to the member,
If it would be determined that member has organized a sabotage or an attack which will hinder maintenance of the system,
If a member, whose membership was cancelled in accordance with reasons indicated in the agreement, becomes member again and repeats infringing the agreement.

Agos.com.tr has the proprietorship and copyrights as related to proprietorship of information, documents, software, designs, graphics and similar artworks which it has produced and/or purchased from third parties.
Ago.com.tr shall be duly authorized to make content providers and web services users use personal information, which member has given, for the purposes of necessary communication, promotion, delivery of goods, advertisement, etc., in a manner not to harass member’s personal identity rights.
Agos.com.tr may provide access to other web-sites for the member. In that case, member agrees that Agos.com.tr shall not be responsible for the contents of sites to which he/she shall have access.
Agos.com.tr, due to future technical necessities and for the purpose to comply with regulations and legislations, without need to notify members, may make modifications as related to implementation of this agreement, and may change, cancel present articles or add new articles. Members may any time find the agreement on web address www.agos.com.tr/eng/uyelik.php  and view it and read it. Changes related to membership shall be announced on the site and whenever necessary, members shall be requested to click on related button to approve agreement amendments in order to be able to benefit from services.

Agos.com.tr may, in time, convert services, which do not require membership, into services which require membership. Agos.com.tr may open additional services, may change some services partly or wholly or convert them into paid services.
