The forced settlement of colonists in the occupied territories has torn the West Bank apart, making uninterrupted travel no longer possible. As access to land and natural resources rapidly diminishes, forced displacement continues to increase. Since 2023, 38 Palestinian villages have been completely emptied of their inhabitants. The growing number of checkpoints is seriously disrupting trade and employment. Due to financial difficulties, schools have been forced to limit in-person education to three days a week.

In most European countries, though not to the same extent as in Germany and France, accusations of antisemitism, pro-Israel sentiment, and Islamophobia have come to overshadow societies’ own problems. This extraordinary “collaboration” is certainly no coincidence. Everywhere, the master key to xenophobia is the rumor of antisemitism.

Many observers and commentators familiar with the Karabakh issue emphasize the uncompromising stance of the Armenian side during the numerous negotiations held before the war that ended with Karabakh being taken over by Azerbaijan.
