Approximately 130 people attended the event, held on Sunday, August 9, under the title “To Many More Beautiful Days Together.” Mıgırdiç Arzivyan, President of the Galata Surp Krikor Lusavoriç Church Foundation, Getronagan High School Principal Silva Kuyumciyan, teachers, and graduates attended the event, at which Dayk Danzig, President of the Getronagan High School Alumni Association, delivered a speech. Danzig said, “It is critically important that we reach a sufficient number of members so that our association can stand on its own feet and make greater contributions to our school and our students. In the coming period, we will modernize our association’s infrastructure and strengthen its organizational structure. I invite all our graduates to support this vision by becoming official members.”
Getronagan alumni meet for breakfast
The newly elected board of the Getronagan High School Alumni Association brought graduates together at a breakfast event it organized in Kınalıada. At the event, a call was made for membership in order to institutionalize the association and strengthen its infrastructure.
