As part of Dink murder investigation, which has been carried out by the investigating prosecutor Gökalp Kökçü, some suspects had been referred to the court on duty with the request of arrest. The interrogation of the suspects is completed.
The court on duty decided on the arrest of Brigadier General Hamza Celepoğlu, who is under arrest as part of another case, and gendarmerie officials Captain Muharrem Demirkale and Sergeant Yavuz Karakaya, who are under arrest as part of the coup attempt case.
These suspects have been dismissed as part of the investigations on Gulenists.
