"Michink" Dinner by Malatya HAYDer
Malatya HAYDer, the compatriotic association of Armenians from Malatya, organized its traditional Michink dinner. For Michink, which falls exactly in the middle of the Great Lent period leading up to Easter, dishes specific to the Malatya region were prepared.
