Being detained since August 16, Özgür Gündem's executive editor Zana Kaya and editor-in-chief İlhan Kızılkaya are arrested. They had ben detained during the police raid to Özgür Gündem on August 16.
Giving statemet to the prosecutor, Kaya and Kızılkaya were referred to the court on charges of "being a member of a terrorist organization", "making propganda for terrorist organization" and "disrupting the unity and territorial integrity of the state". After presenting their defences, Kaya and Kızılkaya were arrested.
