Agreement in Jarablus: buffer zone for Turkey, canton for Kurds
Jarablus operation, which was launched against ISIS but also targeted Kurdish military forces, continues. However, some sources claim that the US, Iran and Russia came to an agreement in Jarablus, or northern Syria, and Turkey and PYD accepted the conditions of this agreement. According to this alleged agreement, Turkey will stay in Jarablus and Kurds will be able to connect Kobani and Afrin cantons through Al-Bab.

Truck bomb blast in Qamishli: at least 50 killed
According to Reuters, ISIS claimed the attack. Because of the impact of the blast, two people are in Mardin, Nusaybin are also injured. Syrian state news agency SANA reported that 50 people were killed and 144 people are injured.

After the attempted coup on July 15, which left 204 dead and 1491 injured, a wide operation in state institutions continue; officials are either arrested or suspended.
