On November 12, one day before Paris attacks, two explosions took place in Burc Al Barajine which is located on the southern suburbs of Beirut. This region is densely populated by Shiites and the center of Hezbollah, which is the major party of Shiites, is also there. 44 people were killed and over 200 people were injured due to the attack.

According to this order, the attorneys cannot access the documents and information in the investigation file if there is no exceptional circumstance. Preliminary report for Ankara Massacre from IHD: investigation process must be open to public oversight
IHD (Human Rights Association) released a preliminary report concerning the suicide bomb attack on October 10. According to the report, the official authorities haven’t performed their duties and the right to life and assembly is violated.
