In Ankara, around the military residences areas, an explosion took place while military vehicles were passing by.

Constitution Conciliation Committee is dismissed upon the decision of the parliamentary speaker after the dispute between CHP and AKP members over presidential system.

According to HDP's report, in the southeastern region of Turkey, 460 civilians (84 children, 79 women) were killed since July. It is also reported that 180 civilians were killed in Cizre, Sur and Silop, which are currently under curfew.

HDP Şırnak MP Faysal Sarıyıldız claimed that tens of people who were trapped in a building in Cizre were killed. On the other hand, security forces and the governorship claimed that there was an operation.

Arın Gül Yeniaras, a member of the lawyers’ group that is formed for providing legal support for “Academics for Peace”, said: “Some of the universities started investigations on their own. Almost all academics are subjected to psychological violence; their doors are marked or they are threatened directly.”

HDP members who will take part in the Constitution Conciliation Committee are decided.

Cizre is still under curfew and police forces fired on the people who wanted to take care of the injured people in Cudi neighborhood. 10 people were injured, including Refik Tekin, working as a cameraman for İMC TV.
