Coup attempt in Turkey
A group within Turkish military attempted to overthrow the government last night. The coup is forced back early in this morning, but the tension continues in Turkey. According Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım, 161 people were killed and 1440 people were injured. He also stated that the organizers of the coup are detained.
Clashes stopped along the Azerbaijani-Karabakh border
On the 4th day of intense clashes in Karabakh, an announcement concerning a “reciprocal ceasefire” came from Karabakh Ministry of Defence.
Kurşunlu Mosque in Sur burning
On the 6th day of curfew and clashes, a fire broke out in Kurşunlu Mosque in Sur province of Diyarbakir because of the bombs hit at the mosque.
