Explosion in St. Petersburg metro: at least 10 dead

At least ten people have been killed in twin explosions in St. Petersburg metro.

It is reported that at least 10 people are killed and 20 people are wounded in explosions in St. Petersburg metro.

According to Al Jazeera, 50 people are wounded.

Vladimir Putin made a statement concerning the blast caused by cluster bombs. Russian President stated that they are trying to determine the cause of the explosions, they have talked to the directors of immediate aid institutions and there are casualties. 

It is reported that three subway stations have been shut down.
