Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan spoke about Armenian-Turkish relations. Sargsyan stated that the preconditions propounded by Turkey halted the relations.

Pope Francis' 3-day visit to Armenia has ended. Defining what happened in 1915 as genocide once again, the Pope made a call for Turkey and Armenia “to build bridges, not walls" at their frontiers.

Armenia's President Serzh Sargsyan addressed to Bundestag about the Armenian Genocide resolution that will be voted tomorrow and asked the members of Bundestag not to connect the voting with the migration deal between Turkey and EU.

The international media forum titled ‘At the Foot of Mount Ararat’ held in Yerevan on 18-20 March, brought together journalists from various countries with President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, and also many state officials.

Serzh Sargsyan, President of the Republic of Armenia, issued a written statement on the occasion of the International Holocaust Remembrance Day. In his statement Sargsyan said, “Perhaps, it might have been possible to prevent the crimes committed under the veil of World War II had the crimes against humanity committed during the World War I earned unequivocal international condemnation, and had those responsible for them been duly punished.”
